Rich hasn't seen much of Darcy since the camp. Nobody has really seen much of Darcy. But after her fight with Undine, she's starting to feel a bit better about everything. Which means, it's time to start patching up the relationships she's soured in her grief, before she figured out how to deal with being a human with feelings.

...So... what the fuck is he supposed to do with this? He was pretty sure after that incident on the bus, Darcy was just going to avoid any contact with Rich for the rest of... however long they'd be stuck on this cruise. He wouldn't have blamed her for a second after how badly he failed to comfort her. He was a jerk, and pushy, and made her feel pitied...

He feels like maybe he shouldn't respond. Like this is something she's going to regret as soon as she sends it. Still, leaving her on read doesn't seem like a great idea either, so after a struggle of his own, he offers:
